Who is waiting for you?
Somebody needs you to become you!
In a world that promotes individuality, we are in peril of losing sight of the importance of our interconnectedness with one another. Our make up as human beings testifies to our need for strong deep relationships in the context of family, friendship and community.
Have you ever met a hermit or someone who has isolated themselves for a long period of time that was not out of their mind?
We are hard wired with a need for human interaction. We can not hope to fully realize our ultimate potential without other people being strategically placed around our lives. Some of these people will be mentors, parents, friends, teachers, counselors, ministers and even enemies.
In some way all of these types of people are able to help us to become who we are ultimately designed to be. They inspire, encourage, correct, promote, counsel and provoke us towards becoming all we were meant to be.
Once we realize that we need other people in our journey we should begin to realize that we also are entrusted with the awesome privilege of leading others towards becoming the best “them” that they are designed to be!
You need to fully manifest your gifting and brilliance not only for your sake but also for the sake of those that you were destined to encourage, inspire, provoke and mentor!
Your life is not just about you, someone somewhere is following your leadership. We are all intrinsically linked together in this master plan.
Small dreaming, which leads to small living serves no one and actually ends up blocking others from coming into their fullness. The great truth around talent and skill is that the more we use these qualities to serve others the more they seem to flow and become available to our lives.
It’s amazing that when you empower others you become strengthened.
I love the synergy of life! Just imagine with me how different your home, school, business, church or community would look if each person decided that they were going to take responsibility for encouraging and empowering just one person whom they currently interact with on a daily basis to become the best them that they can be?
Someone is waiting for you!
